Thursday November 24th, the Global Talent Barometer has been released in London (www.globaltalentbarometer.com). This online tool enables recruiters to analyze and localize the talent they need, world-wide. In which countries do they live, what is the extent of the target group, what are their motives and demands for an international career and how can they be reached? Need more information about global recruitment intelligence?
The tooling is established by means of the largest international labor market research ever, the Global Talent Mobility Study. This research has been accomplished for the third time. It concerns 66 countries, 26 languages, most popular countries, cities and international employers of more than 162.000 respondents. The entire research covers a representative part of the global labor force, in total 2,3 billion people world-wide.
The barometer has been launched in London and is available for those interested. Online information is accessible on the amount of mobility between countries, concerning different kinds of target groups, specific pull factors to choose a country or employer and much more. For more profound information, e.g. used media titles and the future, leading world economy, information needed of companies about working abroad in a foreign country, custom made reports are available.
