Global Scan

A Global Scan will give you an answer on the question where you can find your potential talent around the globe. It gives you insight into the places on the world and with which amount a recruitment target group can be found. A target group can be defined as a group of people fitting a certain profile relevant for your employee vacancies, related to the country where an organization is located as well as the sector or industry it belongs to. The analyses will provide you with lots of information about the actual size of your target group (how many potential candidates fit your criteria), the sources you have to use in order to recruit them and the driving forces behind their international mobility. In sum, all key insights you have to know in order to make your international recruitment strategy a success.

Possible types of output
Your question can be answered by providing you with tables presented in different forms. It is possible to get just the data or a written report with interpretations to the data. In addition to the data it is also possible to get a full advise about your specific problem, the solution and the steps to take to solve your problem.
Dependent on your type of problem and existing knowledge the optimal type of output will be deliberated.
