In the summer of 2011, a follow-up of the Global Talent Mobility Research of 2009 has been executed by Intelligence Group, again in close cooperation with The Network. The research covers data of 66 countries, has resulted in almost 163.000 respondents and gives recruiters and employers from all over the world answers on questions like where they can find their talent and how they can attract them for their own country or company. In July and August of 2009 a follow-up was executed by Intelligence Group and The Network, in over 40 countries, resulting in 66.000 respondents living in over 67 countries. The goal of this follow-up is to provide employers with solutions to their recruitment problems. The results are published in a White paper: Get ready for the international recruitment rally.

In 2006 Intelligence Group completed a survey concerning mobility on the international labor market of people living in eight European countries, namely Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The results are published in a book: The international recruitment manual (2006).
