Intelligence Group (iG!) is a strategic research and advise agency specialized in recruitment and labor market communication. We enrich employers with information and advice about communication with their target groups. Founded in 2003, our mission is to research the labor market continuously, fully and independently, in order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available. Since then, we have become the leading allround labor market specialist in the Netherlands. We have helped the top 100 employers in The Netherlands to meet their recruitment goals with the aid of our research, knowledge and experience.

In 2009 we took our first step in the international research: the Global Talent Mobility Research, which was executed by Intelligence Group and The Network, in over 40 countries, resulting in 66.000 respondents, living in over 67 countries. As the first specialized research agency in labor market, we can provide information for employers about how to reach and attract international talent.
